I've had several people ask me for this, so here it is ^^ This seems like it took FOREVER!!!! The thing is, though, I never seen a screentone tutorial before, though, so I felt like it was time for one.
Yes, I've discovered all of these things on my own experimenting. When the only program you have is MSpaint, you have to make due...
This tutorial is for MSpaint, but I'm the same things might apply to photoshop.

^^ a lot of people do, though. There are a lot of people out there who want to create manga, but can't do tones :D

o0o! *writes down useful info from tutorial* the finished product is even better! one thing...... wen is Shi no Tenshi gonna be done *taps foot* or did u stop that? o ya, and how do ppl make the desktop screen shots like those up there ^ like most artists take screen shots of PhotoShop or other programs when making tutorials...

... I had about 60 pages done, when I had a few ideas to change Shi No Tenshi, so I'm starting over ^^

Screenshots are easy! you see that button that says "print scrn" over the insert key? just push it and push copy in any program. The screenshot will come up.
(if it doesn't say print scrn on your keyboard, then it says "SysRq" I dunno why, but some keyboards are different like that...)
